Details: To perform Term contract services and execute such works upon the items and condition contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 (Part I specification) and 2020 -Part II Rates hereinafter referred to as the MES Schedule together Errata/amendments 1 to 3 for Part I and together with amendment Nos 1 to 122 for Part II (Rates) and errata Nil as applicable to the above said schedule and General conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendment No 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule during the period of eleven months from the date of acceptance of tender.Note: (i) Tenderer shall insert the percentage at the 4th row.
