Details: Consultancy services, as per the scope of work and terms & conditions, in respect of ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of Hiranmaye Energy Limited (3x150 MW), Kolkata in NCLT for : Preparation of Expression of Interest (EoI) documents/ comprehensive proposal and submission of the same to THDCIL before schedule date as per the scope of work and terms and conditions. Preparation of detailed due diligence with presentation and submission of the same before schedule date. Formulation of resolution plan with presentation and submission of the same before schedule date. Discussions with concerned authorities and participation in meetings and presenting the proposed Resolution plan. Preparing modification and res-submitting the same, if required.
