Details: Bidder to list along with quotation for Two Years Operation and Maintenance Spares, as per Vendor recommendation. Separate list shall be provided by the Bidder for each item/group in the format enclosed herewith with itemized cost. Ordering of these spares may be done by the Purchaser separately on a later date and not along with main equipment.The price of Two Years Operation and Maintenance Spares shall not be considered for commercial (price) evaluation of the bid. Bidder to note that Technical loading, if any, shall be as per loading criteria specified in the MR and the same shall be considered for evaluation. Hence, Bidder shall quote the guaranteed power consumption for the Compressor quoted as per FORMAT-A6 in price bid. The Inspection and testing charges shall be considered in line with SCC-Goods and its Amendment, if any.
