Details: Comprehensive maintenance of 7 Nos. Lifts (Jhonson Make) which include routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance for a period of 12 months including repair / replacement of worn out items with minimum down time and warrantee & guarantee of expired / replaced items. Details of Installation are given in Annexure-A & Routine & Preventive Maintenance Schedule is given in Annexure-B & C. (For First Year) Comprehensive maintenance of 7 Nos. Lifts (Jhonson Make) which include routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance for next year after completion of item No-1 including repair / replacement of worn out items with minimum down time and warrantee & guarantee of expired / replaced items.
