The vendor will supply, integrate, customize and install ABDM & NABH Compliant HospitalManagement and Information Software (HMIS) across all the hospitals, Health units, regionaloffices and corporate office of NTPC Limited as per the technical specifications attached atannexure-I.2. The vendor will visit NTPC hospitals and regional offices and examine the availability ofhardware (only for end users) and will submit the list of hardware requirement (for end usersonly) within a month to be made available by concerned CMO/IT/HR.3. The vendor will prepare the final customized HMIS and implementation document indiscussion with the medical and HR Tech team of NTPC. Once the team approves the HMISand its features, it will be customized and installed.4. The vendor will provide training to all medical officers, staff nurses and other paramedicalstaff for use of each module online and offline.5.
