Details: Item Description Removal of existing bitumen membrane/ tarfelt layers, overburden if any, without damaging the concrete of bottom RCC slab , includiing removing scaling ,stains of old waterproofing treatment cleaning the roof concrete surface by machanical wire brush etc.,lowering debris to the ground level and disposal of the debris to the dumping site as directed up to 3 km lead with in factory premises complete as directed. Record of disposal to be maintained in the form of challans, duly signed by EIC. Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.25 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps.
