Details: Civil & Interior works Demolition - Demolition and removal of walls & existing flooring tiles, screed, PCC till slab finishing the surface for new flooring works without causing any damage to RCC elementsand removal of existing false ceiling & lights without causing any damage to RCC elements, MGPS, HVAC or any other services which need to be retained wherever & whenever required during execution. The work shall include all material, labour, all lead and lifts at all levels, loading and un loading, transportation and other incidental charges, cleaning after completion, removal of excess material and debries from site to nearest waste collection etc.,complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
