Details: Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within factory premises. Providing and applying 12 mm thick sand faced external cement plaster for concrete and masonry, upto 10m from ground level and at all locations in cement mortar in 1:3 proportion, including hacking of concrete surface, finishing, curing, scaffolding etc complete. Providing and applying primer + two coats of 100% acrylic breathable, water based, anticarbonation coating. Cracks, if any, shall be filled with Polymer modified mortar. The rate shall include complete treatment mentioned above complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. Providing and applying first single coat of approved primer and two coats of anti-algal, anti-fungal, acrylic based exterior paint with silicone additives of following make and approved colour as per manufacturers specifications to any surface, upto 10m height from ground level and at all
