Details: Item Description Part A (For Residential BuA = 1,11,710.26 Sqmt): Construction of Affordable Housing Project of 2356 Number of EWS units under PMAY at Khandala, Satara, Maharashtra. (Please refer entire Tender Document Volume ( I, II and III) for detaills of Items of work in Tender Document )The Built Up Area of the overall project shall be as per latest UDCPR. Total project built up area includes following components:Residential Units, Shops under building, Building components like lift, staircase, balcony, walls, common passages, society office, stilt level and Non-Residential remnants, the stilt protion, the actual area under staircase, lift well, underground tank, society office, servant's toilet and remaining stilt area will be included. The area calculations for payment shall be got certified / approved from MHDC & PMC.
